The front desk staff were pleasant overall.

I had a disappointing experience with the lack of housekeeping during my nine-night stay. Additionally, I asked for bedding for the pull-out sofa that never arrived, causing discomfort for my family, as we were left without pillows or blankets on our first night.

Unexpected breakfast challenges

The location was ideal for our fishing trip, and every morning, we awoke to the inviting aroma of hot breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

However, we faced difficulties with breakfast availability. Arriving at later times meant we often found the food depleted, leaving us disappointed with our dining options.

after wanting some simple extra towels, i was offered 2 pool towels—like that’s any better. my ceiling light didn’t work and no stopper in the tub. this place definitely woudl ve been nice if they had just given me a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but guess what? they didn’t. i just couldn’t leave a good review.

Spacious rooms with a kitchenette and all essentials for meal prep made our stay easy and enjoyable the friendly staff were always ready to help plus the breakfast had a decent variety to start the day.

The King Studio had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and hot plate, all stocked with actual dishes, making meal prep straightforward. The pool featured colorful lights that entertained the kids, while the hot tub provided a nice relaxing touch after a long day.

Had a couple of conveniences that fell flat, like only one burner in the kitchenette being operational. The carpet in the hallway bore large stains, which could be an eyesore, and the breakfast offerings felt lacking, as it didn’t meet expectations for a complimentary meal.

Comfort with some room for improvement

Spent 9 nights in a Deluxe Queen Studio. The hotel staff were welcoming, accommodating my late check-ins and specific room requests. Pool access was an issue, but the friendly front desk staff tried to make it right. Breakfast started with good coffee but had some hiccups—bring snacks for the family!

The Best Western Ingleside Inn & Suites had a spacious and clean King Suite that was perfect for my stay. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare snacks, and the staff provided excellent service throughout.

More accessible seating in common areas would help seniors.

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming, feeling a bit disinterested when we approached. Overall, facilities felt clean, but minor inconveniences really affected the stay.

I had a great time, especially with the cleanliness of the entire facility and the spacious Deluxe Queen Studio. However, our experience with the breakfast options was a bit disappointing.

During my stay, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Holly Gross at the front desk was exceptional—she not only helped to resolve card issues but also went out of her way to assist with arranging a birthday cake for my spouse. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the pool was kept clean throughout my visit, further enhancing my overall experience. Andrea Bice, the manager, was equally supportive, even offering to take me to the store for necessary supplies.
